Re: Problem in Shutdown Database

Even I issue the statement 'shutdown immediate' in server manger, it says that I have 'insufficient privileges'. But when i do it in instance manager, it is fine.

it doesn't allow me to connect with my account in the server manger (svrmgr30) when the database is not started.
