Assuming that this is a true diaster recovery site. I would just load the the draco tape on corvus and boot corvus as draco. Assuming that your users come in over sqlnet, this is the easiest way. Otherwise you must change all of your user's tnsnames.ora. <clip>

If you are not doing true disaster recovery, I would reinstall oracle on corvus. VMS Oracle was a pain to move the last time I had to do it (read 6 years ago)
