LEAVE THEM ALONE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DEFRAGMENT THE DATA DICTIONARY. Sorry for shouting, but you shouldn't do anything in or to your SYSTEM tablespace unless told to do so by Oracle Tech Support.
