The oracle practise exams do give a good guide on whats to come. Whats not there, you probably won't need for the exams, it'll do no harm swotting for them though.

Good luck in your career. However, becoming a good DBA requires real life experience and not just the exam certification. Bend over backwards and try getting the necessary experience. I know its not easy though.
