Well Lee,

I am not sure which default User/Password are you using ?

Then if you know how to you can go to the server manager (command line) with :

Connect internal
Password: oracle(default)

and create another user with proper privileges

If you do not find your answer in full, let me know what user_id/Password are you trying to login with on my mail at:
