Hi,

    The easiest way to do this is go out and buy a copy of Kevin Loney's DBA Handbook from Oracle Press. The book includes a well commented script on how to create a database. Use the script as a starting point and modify it to suit your needs. I have used this methodology to create databases on over a dozen different systems (both Oracle 7 and Oracle 8) and can attest to its effectiveness.
