Oracle 8i for Linux once again

Hello!!!!

I'm searching for Oracle8i for Linux information on technet and the only thing I've found is an article in which it says that will be released soon.

Does anyone know what's the problem? Possible solutions are:

        1.- I'm not searching in the right place
        2.- Oracle has discountinued the product due to problems
        3.- The oracle web site is not updated
        3.- Other (.. write here ..)
