WAS 3.0 and Invalid Virtual Host error

I have a WAS 3.0.1 running on NT 4.0 SP 3.  At some locations and with
some browsers, when I try to access pages through the PL/SQL agent I get
an error that states "Invalid Virtual Host" or "No Virtual Host
Specified".  I dont get this from my location, but others do.  What is
going on here??
