Enterprise manager errors

When I issue the connect system/manager or any user/userpassword
combination at the svrmgr prompt I get the following errors:


ORA-01034: oracle not available
ORA-09203: smsget error attaching to SGA
OSD-02042: the sga is invalid or is not present





In addition it apears the DBSNMP80.nlm is causing an abend.



Anybody have any suggestions?
