hello oracle world!



can anyone help me in disabling the mouse navigation in forms4.5?  i
know i can set the navigation to field level in the form but i want to
do it to all my forms.  is there a global setting i can apply to all
forms?  i read somethin on 'mouse_navigate' .... and setting it to false
but how do i apply that?
