Loading Error

I get the following error on initialising Windows NT Server:

oracle80.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point nszclientroles could not be loaded in the dynamic link library NS80.dll

What is required to be done to resolve this problem and to get the Oracle service started without errors?
