missing configuration file

Hi,

I have recently installed Crystal reports on NT server, since then I am missing
my configuration file for Oracle 8.0. Now the problem is, 1. I cannot connect to the database( except internal) 2. Though I have a copy of init.ora, I cannot force the Oracle to save this as

my configuration, because the enterprise manager options of creating the

configuration file is always disabled. 3. Actually I can use connect internal to connect all of the enterprise manager

painters like( Security, Instance, Schema ), but I cannot export the data.
4. I can't even run Enterprise Manager.

Does anyone has a clue about this.
