What is the best way to migrate from POL3.5 to Personal Oracle8?

Is there an easy or best way to migrate the table structures and data from a POL3.5 database to a PO8 database? The migration guides speak only to migrating up from 7.x databases.

Any tips, tricks, and suggestions appreciated, Gerald
