From DBASE:

USE dbffile
COPY TO textfile.sdf DELIMITED WITH BLANK

Then load with SQL*LOADER

I have had written 12 years ago a general purpose script to export/import DATA STRUCTURE and DATA from/to DBF/Oracle DB but can't find it now. If needed I can recreate it for you :-)
