ora-12638 error

Hi, all:

I am having a really strange problem. I am using Oracle8i on NT. I installed a test database. When I connect from my NT workstation to it through SQL Plus, everything is fine. But when I try to connect to it from my Win95 machine, SQLPlus came back with ORA-12638 error msg(Credential Retrieval Failed). I am just wondering if anyone has seen this error. It seems to be a SQLNet problem. I cannot seem to find out what the problem is.
