Oracle Server 7.3.3.6 with NT 4 sp3

Does anyone know how to set up and configure Oracle/NT 4 for starting
automatically a (or several) database service(s) and instance(s) ?
I did follow the procedures (from the manual) for creating a new database
and instance, create NT services and put the startup automatic.
But after rebooting my NT, the service is started but the instance is not.
