NT Authentication with Solaris Oracle Server

Hi,

I have been looking through the section of External Authentication in the Oracle Administration manuals. I am still not clear if the following is possible.

I have NT workstation users, being authenticated by a NT domain server. And want to connect to an Oracle server on a Sparc Solaris machine based on that NT user authentication. Is this possible?

Of course, if the Oracle server is on a NT server, then it is possible. But it is equally possible with a Sparc Solaris backend???
