ORACLE_TERM and oracle7 installation

Hi,

I am trying to setup a backup for a lengendary oracle7 server. Since I use xterm so I set both TERM and ORACLE_TERM as xterm. orainst went smoothly until the step of choosing what product component to install. Here I have the problem that the right window for the installed component list cannot be selected. The status window at the bottom shows these

Select products for installation. [Space]-Select
[Tab]-Navigate
[K0]-Menu [K3]-NextWindow -MoveWindow

What are these K0, K3 keys? How can I get around this?
