Help with changing the default directory

Hi all,


   When I run SQL*Plus on NT as a job in the background it spools
to the default "ORAWIN/BIN" directory.  Does anyone know how
to alter SQL*Plus' default directory to go elsewhere by default.
(Instead of just specifying it each time I log on.)
