Hello all,



we have an oracle server 7.3.4 on Windows NT 4.0 Server. since 4 days a
message occours


like (i can only type in german) : openprocedur for oracle opersfdll.dll
failed.


but all can work without any problems.cause i´m no oracle specialist maybe
some can help me


what to do.
