The complete syntax is:
username/password_at_database.
You didn't specify a database.
If you created the default database, the database name will be either ORCL (most likely) or ORACLE. You can avoid retyping ORCL on windows by creating a setting LOCAL=ORCL in the registry, HKEY\local machine\software\oracle subtree.
