Having run on both: Unix is definitely more stable.  But the Oracle license
fee is outrageous in comparison to Oracle workgroups on NT.  Oracle on NT
has some pretty decent gui administration tools.
It is hard to really answer the question.  What are your requirements?  Do
you have good Unix / NT knowledge?
