Oracle applications 9.4->10.7 migration question (Forms 2.3->2.4)

Old technology hey ?

We are currently using oracle applications V9.4 on our solaris Box in character mode. We no longer need the oracle financial suite, but we have developped some custom apps with the oracle application object library (AOL) and forms 2.3 + Report 1.1.

Now, we're stuck with a bunch of 2.3 forms and reports that are not Y2K and an antedeluvian database instance (7.1.6)

We would like to know if any of you succeeded in upgrading JUST forms 2.3 to 2.4 and AOL ?

NOTE: Some of our users will still be using the financials to consult historical data but we really don't care if they're not using Y2K compliant tools.
