Hi James,
Somewhere on the net you will find Jared Still's SQL unloader utility
program.
Download a copy and you will then be able to generate the scripts you
need to
recreate your database under a different version of Oracle, the scripts you
need
to dump each of your tables to a flat ASCII file, and the SQL Loader control
files
you will need to load them in your new database.
I don't remember if Mr.. Still's utility package handles Stored
Procedures,
Grants, or Referential Integrity but you can pick those up using either
other
utility packages from the net or write your own.
