Siemens, OPS, Clusters, and 8.0.4....

Folks, I am about to look at a Siemens system for the first time in a little bit. Any pointers? Subject line pretty much says it all.

Been there with OPS in version 7ville, but i understand block pinging is reduced in 8 as requests for blocks are being mediated along with locks via the DLM..... the dark horse is Siemens systems....any pointers, comments, war stories, cryptic words of wisdom, or crusty light sabers most welcome.

Clusters? Hmmmm...."Always two there are, the master and the apprentice..." :-)
