• how to create an oracle performance/tuning monitor that is as close as the bookmark button on your browser.
• measured metrics are only limited by your imagination.
• the mechanism may be applied to any application where info is desired by a wide audience on a time frequency basis.
• while the process involves numerous steps, each step may only consist of 5-10 lines of code.
• the mechanism is far more significant than this particular instance of it.
