Oracle 8 ODBC Driver for Windows 98

Hello,

Someone know where I can find on the Oracle site the Oracle Universal Installer and Net 8 client that is mentioned in the readme.txt of the ODBC Driver for Oracle 8? I'm using the Oracle for Linux and I have not find any windows-based stuff on the CD.
