As with all internal errors -- you should contact support with the specifics of what was happening when the error was raised and the corresponding trace files. Even if someone else has the same exact error message as you have above, it may very well be caused by very different things. I see for this error more than one thing that can cause it. It will need to be investigated a little more by support before the relevant fix can be applied.
