Check did your agent started at all.
If it did then do this.
Check your OS, if you really don't have export files. If you have them, but console does not move job from job plate to history plate, it means that your agent does not return signal to your console deamon. Go to Deamon Manager and hardcode your listening address in configuration parameters with port 7770.
Now it will be recognizible for agent.
