If you client platform is Windows 9x or Windows NT, you can add the key =
NLS_DATE_FORMAT to the registry (under


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Oracle) of your client machine. This setting =
can change the value of the


NLS_DATE_FORMAT of the NLS_SESSION_PARAMETERS.
