Oracle 8.0.5 on linux

When installing Oracle 8.0.5 server i am getting the following error:

WRITE_ERROR: while instantiating file
/oracle/u01/app/oracle/product/8.0.5/rdbms/install/rdbms/cnfg.orc

when having thus error on the installation it gives me a path that the file should have been written to. The problam is the path is cut somewhere in the middle and i cannot follow it and make the needed directories
