Aggregate aware

I'm looking for a middleware Aggregate navigator. I need it to be open and not NT based! I'm in the process of building a multidimentional database. I want this tool to be the centeral portal where all sql must pass through. Being an Jave app, C pgm, and any Adhoc reporting tool.

I've seen enough reporting packages that have this, but their NOT OPEN to other applications!

Any one have any clues?
