is replication possible in Workgroup Server

Hi,

Is it possible to set up bi-way off-line replication in any way between oracle workgroup server (NT) sites.

I was told by Oracle that it is not possible and I have to go in for enterprise. but that is not possible as we have several 1-5 user sites.

Pl. advice (with copy directly also)
