I would appreciate answer to the following questions:



    
  
  1.   How do we shutdown and start up in NT

  
  2.   I have inherited this application- its 7.3.4 on HP Unix. When I
looked at the init.ora file there are so many of them. Hown can I tell
which one is being used by Oracle.
