Listener on M/C with two network cards

I am faced with a problem. On one of my machine I have two network cards, one connected to Lan and the other to a Wan. The database is on the same machine. I want the Listener to listen on both. Can I do it, and how? The idea is that from my Wan I should be able connect to the database.

Or in other words, can I have two listeners for the same database listening on two different NIC cards
