Oracle8 v. Oracle8 Enterprise

My company is purchasing Oracle, version 8 for NT, and is trying to decide between Oracle8 (formerly the Workgroup Edition) and Oracle8 Enterprise Edition. From what I've read the differences are:

Advanced Queing
Advanced Replication
Parallel Query
Parallel DML
Connection Manager
Backup and Recovery

My questions are:
1.) Is anybody aware of differences outside of the above? 2.) Can't seem to find much detail about the Backup and Recovery differences. What are they? (No Backup Manager and Recovery Manager tools?) 3.) Any suggestions either way? We will have 3 databases (2 OLTP, 1 Warehouse) with a total of probably 50-80 users. The cost difference per user is quite large (>$1200)
