v$session VIEW Question

I just noticed that some of my logged in users have C:/windows/winsock.dll in the PROGRAM column of v$session instead of F45RUN.EXE or R25SVR.EXE as I would expect. I can't find anything different on the clients with respect to SQL*NET. Anyone got any insight on this?

Database is 7.3.2.0
SQL*NET 2.3
Forms 4.5
Reports 2.5

TIA,
Patrick Murphy
