OEM Oracle Agent question

I'm running Oracle 8.0.5 on NT 4.0 ...

I have 2 NT servers, & when I'm running OEM on 1 server, trying to discover services for the 2nd server , it's saying 'Oracle Agent is not running on the destination' , I double checked & the agent is running on both the servers .......

Any ideas ??
