How to change Agent email name?

Good day,

Environment: Oracle8 (8.0.4), NT Server 4 (SP3), Exchange Server 5.5

I am having problems with my Oracle Agent sending me notifications of events. Internally, I can receive the email fine using SMTP as my destination. I tried to add my external email account to the Administrators list and our Exchange server generates the following error:

501 <OracleAgent_at_eci_nt_database>... Sender domain must exist

I know that Exchange will accept the message if my Agent's address gets .evansconsoles.com added on the end of it, but the question is how?
