What S/W do I need to connect to Oracle7?

Hi!

My client has a Windows 3.1 application that connects to an Oracle 7 Server. The application has been moved to Windows NT computers. I need to be able to interface a 32-bit app with this Oracle Server. What Oracle software do I need to install on the client computers?

If I only install the Oracle 7 ODBC drivers, the driver complains that I need to have SQL*Net 2.30 installed. I cannot find SQL*Net at Oracle's website. Is this a pay-for product or is it a freebie?
