Migrating DDL between vendors

We would like to migrate a database from MS-SQL to Oracle. Does anyone know of
a tool which extracts DDL from one database (MS-SQL) and issues the equivalent
DDL in another database (Oracle)? Please email replies to UnixDBA_at_aol.com.
