System Error 10 Incorrect Environment

I have Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 and Version 8.0.4.3.6 of the
Database.  Whenever I try to start the OracleAgent80 service from the
Control Panel, I get the following message:  "Could not start the
OracleAgent80 service on \\Servername.   Error 0010:  The environment is
incorrect."  I also tried starting the service from the command line and got
the same error.



Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
