i've a question



i want to create a Database with Oracle8 Enterprise Server on Nt.




I work in remote , i 've to do it from DOS terminal,
the Database Assistant isn't installed on the remote cliente.



how can i create a database with Oracle8 Enterprise Server on NT ?
