Ha, the Diana mystery again.

first: my online manual tells me that error 4028 is a 'Library Objekt Lock' message and
You should contact worldwide oracle support if the syntax of Your statement is correct
and this message occurs :-)

now when I started to 'learn' oracle I was browsing through the DB objects of an oracle 7.2
server. I found a package 'DIANA' with owner SYS... code wrapped. it still exists on oracle 8,
but the code is no more wrapped.... it calls lots of functions belonging to SYS package
PIDL. I suppose error 4028 has to do something with this packages... maybe some oracle
'insider' around coud give us more insight about diana (nice name for a PL/SQL package,
besides :-)?
