one option is to go to the Oracle homePage and download the stuff you want.
a better way is to go to a Computer Bookstore and browse the books they have
on Oracle. a lot of publishers give away Free Trial Versions of Personal
Oracle7 Server and D2K on a CD accompanying the Book. So you can instal the
Server, the D2k Suite and learn from the examples and code given in the
book.
