Hi,

Yes, Oracle8 Server EE, Oracle8 Server and Personal Oracle 8 is compatible.

But please note that typically available version of Personal Oracle 8 is previous compare to another products, for example,

Personal Oracle 8 - 8.0.4.0.0
Oracle Server EE -  8.0.5.0.0
Oracle Server -     8.0.5.0.0
