Sol7 / OWS3?

Hi,

Has anyone had any problems starting OWS 3.0 after upgrading to Solaris 7? I am getting the message:

WRB startup on "UDP:oxygen:2649" ---- Oracle Media Net Address Server Oracle Media Net Release 3.3.8.2.0 - Production (built: May 14 1998)

error opening UDP:oxygen:2649
OWS-08820: Unable to start WRB process `/export/home/oracle/product/7.3.3/ows/3.0/bin/mnaddrsrv'.

Any suggestions?
