Hi everyone ,
I have few questions regarding Dedicated Server process against Multi-Threader Server .

  1. Is that true Dedicated server process will be created when there is new a new user process and it will be remove when the user process finished ? whereas for MTS process, it will be created during the instance statup ???
  2. Is the PGA size for each dedicated server process or MTS process is fixed ?
  3. Is there a way for me to check what is the memory size for each PGA ?
  4. The PGA memory is allocated from platform server memory or from SGA ?

Will appreciate if you can reply.
