privileges and services

Hi everyone

We have Oracle 7.3.4 on a Windows NT 4.0 platform. I have a couple of questions

• Can you stop oracle services from the client workstation
• do you need full administrator privileges to create a database ? is there nothing such as subadministrator
• must i specify the orapwd file at startup when i have more than 1 instance ?
