FULL RE-IMPORT ERROR

I am trying to perform a full defrag of the database.I do a full export, check
storage manager for the size of all tablespaces to be recreated. Then, I when
the database is recreated, I have an error importing system tablespace while
every other tablespace is imported fine. Anybody has any ideas.
